At C.L. Howard Memory & Rehabilitation Services, we provide comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations, where we conduct interviews with the patient and their significant others. During this interview, we review all of the patient’s history and records, including medical, psychological, and academic. We then conduct formal testing of the patient to aid healthcare providers in diagnosing conditions.
