At C.L. Howard Memory & Rehabilitation Services, nestled in the heart of the Auburn Gresham community on Chicago's ​south side, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support for adults facing neurological challenges. Dr. ​Howard, a licensed neuropsychologist, is focused on conducting comprehensive neuropsychological evaluations to assess ​and diagnose a spectrum of conditions, including Alzheimer's disease, Lewy Bodies dementia, cerebrovascular ​neurocognitive disorders, as well as the aftermath of cerebrovascular accidents and traumatic brain injuries.
